Strings of the Puppet Master: Directed-Energy Weapon System
I refer to the directed-energy weapon system detailed here as "Strings of the Puppet Master" because of its nature. This weapon system is highly sophisticated, and can target an individual or group of persons: simultaneously; through all types of weather; at high speeds; and through buildings. This weapon system's main feature is a series of channels, possibly composed of cold plasma, which are used to send and recieve. Strings of the Puppet Master may be space based (i.e., satellites, weapons platforms); it is possible that this weapon system utilizes other forms of directed-energy to work in tandem with the main feature—the channels. Due to the subtle capabilities of this weapon system, it is possible to be used on an individual for experimentation or surveillance without their knowledge.

Laser Induced Plasma Channel - Directed Energy Weapon:

Arizona, developed plasma channel directed energy weapons and state in their website: ‘What are
LIPC laser-guided directed-energy weapons? Laser-guided directed-energy weapons work like
"man-made lightning" to disable people or things. LIPC technology is Ionatron’s proprietary type of
laser-guided directed-energy weapon. LIPC stands for laser-induced plasma channel; the plasma
channel is how the energy is directed through the air at the target. Extremely fast femto-second
lasers cause light to break into filaments, which form a plasma channel that conducts the energy like
a virtual wire. This technology can be adjusted for non-lethal or lethal use’.”

Application: Torture / Surveillance / Programming / Rape / Murder
Strings of the Puppet Master is used to torture, surveil, program through conditioned response, and sexually rape people in what I term a torture operation/program. In a torture operation this weapon system locks onto the target, and tortures them 24/7. Torture ops, or torture programs may be officially classified as human experimentation. Sleep deprivation plays an active role in a torture program, it is achieved by: intensifying pain production; attacking the heart and chest; attacking and/or stimulating the genitals; and producing a 'wide awake' feeling through neurological targeting while the target individual is attempting to fall asleep.

Low Density Plasma Waves are Corkscrew like a cone shape and the tip of this Plasma Wave is used to Zap, Sting like bee Stings. Low Density Plasma Wave is widely used in Heating my Body and Organs and are adjusted very small to cause a burn sensation. Plasma Waves when Pulsed back & forth produces Pressure Waves on my Heart which causes Rapid Heart Beat. Waves are placed on my Head and Negative Electrons of Charged Particle-ions are released and causes a Dazed, Confused, Head Spinning, Unfocus, Feeling and will sometimes collapse off my feet. It is also used as a Particle-Ion Gun and is corkscrewed to the size of a long needle and penetrates areas like my Tooth Nerves, creating tremendous pain and imflamation that one of my teeth fell off. Muscles on my legs are targeted to cause pain like muscle cramps. Waves are also released to cause a tingling or prickling sensation. - Frank Sablan
